The DEF Power Endurance Program is designed for athletes that have a solid foundation of strength and power training. This program focuses on maintaining strength and building maximum endurance by creating explosive power in movements over an extended period.
Equipment Needed: Kettle Bells (KB) or Dumb bells (DB), preferably a good range between 26-53 pounds but the workouts can be done with any weight. Tailor the weight to your fitness level.
