Deep End Fitness™ is centered on the practice of movement, breath work, and the strengthening of one’s mind in order to optimize human performance in and out of the water.

Our program incorporates techniques and methodology

developed in elite human performance training, research-backed science, and most importantly real life

experience training thousands of people over the past 10 years. We utilize the operating system of

F.R.E.E. (Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing) to drive in-water training and

positively influence individual performance out of the pool. As a result, Deep End Fitness:

  • Develops critical thinking and problem solving in a controlled environment

  • Teaches mental relaxation and stress mitigation techniques

  • Helps individuals develop coping techniques for stress and anxiety

  • Promotes water survival preparation and drowning prevention for all skill levels in a safe and controlled environment

F.R.E.E. goes beyond resiliency training. It is an effective, performance-based, turn-key

approach to mindset training and mental toughness in all aspects of life. The F.R.E.E. principles unlock performance

breakthroughs by improving coping, enhancing mental toughness, improving top-down cognitive

control, and activating biochemical signaling pathways that have been shown to reduce the

deleterious effects of stress and inflammation. It equips individuals with mental toughness to increase cognitive control, exercise emotional regulation, and develop problem-based coping skills.

Deep End Fitness operates around the F.R.E.E mindset in conjunction with aquatic training to utilize the water as a catalyst for growth and provide opportunities for individuals to become higher performers in all aspects of their lives.

Safety is our #1 priority and focus at every session. We operate under the BSAFE & FREE training system to ensure all participants are monitored on an ongoing basis while in and out of the water.
