Master Instructor: San Diego, CA
Former Marine Special Operations Raider with combat experience in Afghanistan. Rick is currently a Master instructor with Deep End Fitness and is passionate about all facets of training in the water as well as building mental resilience in athletes.

Master Instructor: Los Angeles, CA
Served 12 years in the military as a water survival instructor and as a Marine Raider. Passionate about applying Water Survival skillset to teach efficient movement and mental fortitude. Don is driven to empower others through mental and physical training.

Senior Instructor: Austin, TX
11-year Recon Marine Veteran focused on understanding human potential. I support individuals in breaking through barriers to reach their fitness goals. I hope to inspire people to surpass their limits and build a life based on physical fitness and mental strength to help them achieve goals in and out of the pool.

Sam English has been coaching fitness since 2020 and loves inspiring others to prioritize themselves and build mental resilience. As a licensed massage therapist, she specializes in helping veterans manage and lower pain through relaxation. She thrives on the excitement of new challenges and enjoys training jiu-jitsu, gymnastics, and Deep End Fitness.

Lauren Murphy is an owner and instructor of Deep End Fitness Houston. A former UFC fighter, she has spent the past two decades training, competing, and learning alongside some of the world’s top athletes in various combat sports.With extensive firsthand experience at the highest levels of competition, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to her role as an instructor. She is passionate about the transformative impact deep water training has on confidence, fitness, and overall well-being.

Senior Instructor: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Former police officer, dive rescue team member, and captain of the U.S. Freediving Team. He has appeared as a diving expert on A&E, The Learning Channel, and Outdoor Life Network. Tec focuses on calming the body and mind underwater and does this through dynamic breathwork and hydrodynamics.

Current CF-L2 coach, NASM CPT, and have been a swim coach for the past 13 years training all ages and experience levels. I have a passion for helping clients feel, and appreciate their own growth.
Through patience and adaptability, I’m able to focus on helping clients to achieve their goals with optimal breathing, movement efficiency , and staying calm under pressure.
