Part 2. 7min AMRAP
- 1x U-Turn
- 5x In and Outs
- 1x U-Turn

Definitions:
AMRAP = As Many Rds as Possible

U-Turn: Surface swim 12.5 yards no breath, shoot down and touch the bottom, underwater travel back to the wall you started.

In and Out. Start from the gutter up position, come all the way out to the deck, stand up straight and clear the hips, legs locked out

This workout heavily emphasizes managing the breath hold with a high metabolic heart rate. AMRAP 2, builds upon AMRAP 1, and combines surface swim and UWC into the “U-Turn”. The Active 4 min recovery in between allows for the athletes to down regulate into to a resting state, prior to moving into part 2.
