  • Shaye Patel

    Senior Instructor, Brand Manager, and East Coast Operations

    Shaye has spent the majority of his life in and around water.

    Playing water polo at the highest collegiate and international levels in Canada, his transition to

    DEF has come naturally. Shaye is also a CF-L3 coach and has been coaching/teaching for over 20 years.

    He is excited to bring a new vision of blending high-performance functional fitness and the DEF training system

    to DEF Miami. And continue to build an incredible fitness community in Miami and beyond.
