Dive in every Sunday at 8:00am and 9:30am at Palama Settlement Aquatics.

Bring a towel, goggles (we will have extras), and active swimwear. No prior experience is necessary. Introductory orientation to Deep End Fitness principles and methodology will be provided for beginners.

Workout is scalable for all water & fitness levels.
