Welcome to Deep End Fitness Hawaii, we look forward to diving in with you!

The Good Vibes of the Deep End San Diego team will be on the ground to get Hawaii up and rolling in partnership with Swim Lessons Hawaii on Sunday, May 19th with sessions at 8am and 9:30am at Palama Settlement Aquatics in Honolulu. Dive in with Coach Laura Gordon!

Bring a towel, goggles (we will have extras), and active swimwear. No prior experience is necessary. Introductory orientation to Deep End Fitness principles and methodology will be provided for beginners.

Workout is scalable for all water & fitness levels.
