Trent Williams was born and raised in San Diego and made his way up to the Bay Area by swimming at Cal. After swimming with future world record holders and Olympians, he got into Brazilian jiu jitsu at Ralph Gracie San Francisco. When Trent is not training, he can be found walking the beach with his dog, cooking up a delicious meal, or listening to a comedy podcast

He started the Salt Lake location because he always dreamed of leading a fitness community and going to work in board shorts and sandals.
