Tyrus is an avid waterman born and raised in Hawaii.

He is currently serving in the Army and loves to use Deep End Fitness to better develop athletic performance goals in himself and others.

Jason has spent more time in the ocean than out of it, being a surf filmmaker, surf photographer, & surf coach. He has a passion for making people more comfortable being uncomfortable in the water, with a goal of being able to apply that to surfing or whatever their water sport may be.

Water has been a significant aspect of Ryan’s life. The physical, mental and spiritual growth experienced when combining Deep End Fitness with Breathwork is incredibly unique. Ryan is passionate about sharing his experience with anyone who is interested.
