Owner of CrossFit Tribe in Los Alamitos, CA since 2011, Warren has always had a passion for the water beginning with the swim team & lifeguarding high school and triathlons in his 20s, until he found a true love for CrossFit!

DEF has allowed him to finally combine these two passions in his life and help people truly discover their true potential physically, mentally, and, most importantly, spiritually!

Water has been a big part of Torrieanne’s life. She grew up swimming competitively starting very young and proceeding into college. Always living next to a major body of water maintaining that consistent training whether it be in the pool, lake, or ocean.

CF-L1 certified, personal trainer, yoga, mobility, stress management, and health + wellness educator.
