30 DAY QUARANTINE CHALLENGE

We’re teaming up with our veteran friends over at American Savage to bring you a 30 Day at-home fitness challenge working on strength, losing those extra quarantine pounds, gaining mobility, or overall fitness. Challenge will start June 1st and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to Rescue 22 Foundation & Challenged Athletes non-profit organizations. The challenge will be live from June 1st, 2020 through July 31st, 2020. Challengers will be able to start the program anytime during that time but just need to finish July 31st, 2020.Rules: Must purchase and participate in the 4-week program, winner(s) will be selected by American Savage and Deep End Fitness trainers.


Accountability: Show us you are doing the program daily (Example: post pictures/videos of yourself doing the workout and tag us in the post). Track your progress: Use before and after photos to see the changes happening during the program, feel free to send them to us.

    • Winner(s) will be selected by American Savage and Deep End Fitness trainers. We have over $500 value in the prize from American Savage, Deep End Fitness, Ten Thousand. DEF - Bodyweight Program ©

The DEF Bodyweight Program is designed for athletes who want to focus on their breathing, bodyweight strength, muscle endurance, improve their mobility, and/or need a light load month, while staying active. This bodyweight training translates directly over to all other fitness modalities, sports, and practices, making it a great addition or supplement to your current training.

DEF - MMA Program ©

The Deep End Fitness (DEF) Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Program is designed for MMA athletes looking for a supplement training solution to their strenuous workout programs. This program gives a basic understanding of Deep End Fitness’s methodology of building mental strength, endurance, recovery, CO2 tolerance, VO2 max, and lung capacity in and out of the water.

DEF - Off the Streets Program ©

DEF “off the streets” Program is designed for athletes off the streets to develop a basic understanding of Deep End Fitness’s methodology of building strength, muscle endurance, speed, and lung capacity/VO2 in and out of the water.  

Equipment Needed: Kettlebells (KB) or dumbbells (DB), preferably a good range between 26-53 pounds but the workouts can be done with any weight. Tailor the weight to your fitness level.

The DEF Power Endurance Program is designed for athletes that have a solid foundation of strength and power training. This program focuses on maintaining strength and building maximum endurance by creating explosive power in movements over an extended period of time.

Equipment Needed: Kettle Bells (KB) or Dumb bells (DB), preferably a good range between 26-53 pounds but the workouts can be done with any weight. Tailor the weight to your fitness level.

DEF - Strength & Conditioning Program ©

DEF “Strength& Conditioning” Program combines days of lifting heavy load training for light reps to conditioning with a sustainable load to increase muscle work efficiency so that athletes can maintain faster speeds for longer. Building strength through heavy loads followed by plyometric exercise increases not only strength but maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max), running economy, peak velocity, and time trials as well.

UTL Prep Course ©

The UTL Preparation Program is designed for athletes off the streets developing a basic understanding of Deep End Fitness’s methodology of building strength, muscle endurance, speed, CO2 tolerance, VO2 max, and lung capacity in and out of the water. This program is used to build on the UTL fundamentals of being an underwater torpedo athlete: (FREE) Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing during training and gameplay. It is recommended to always train with a partner and implementing the buddy system while training subsurface.
