Self-awareness: Having the humility and vulnerability to know where there are areas of improvement and to do the necessary work are a must for an athlete to progress safely and effectively.

Intentionality: Through changing our mindsets our actions can become intentional and so we learn to not live with the regrets of our mistakes but seek to constantly be improving and growing authentically.
